Official Rules of the Miami Children’s Chorus Mini Cooper Raffle 1. This raffle is conducted by the Miami Children's Chorus (a 501(c) 3 organization) whose place of business is 1533 Sunset Drive, Suite 215, Coral Gables, FL 33143. 2. The Mini Cooper has been donated by South Motors Mini and Lucrecia and Juan P. Loumiet for the purpose of this raffle. 3. This prize will be awarded on site at the First United Methodist Church of Coral Gables, 536 Coral Way, Coral Gables, FL 33143, according to the following schedule: • drawing will be held on Sunday, May 18, 2008 at 5:30 PM • the winning ticket will be selected by a member of the concert audience • the winner need not be present to claim the prize 4. Winner must be over 18 years of age. 5. Prize is not transferable, nor redeemable for cash. 6. Maximum number of tickets to be sold is 600. If less than 320 tickets are sold, the winner will receive 50% of ticket sales in lieu of a Mini Cooper. 7. The winner is responsible for all applicable state, federal, and local taxes resulting from the award of this prize. 8. Winner must have a valid driver's license and provide proof of auto insurance. 9.
